Hello! I'm Holly, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Brisbane, Australia.
My shooting approach embraces candid and documentary-style photography, with a flair for editorial, fine art imagery. I like to melt into the background, quietly composing elegant detail shots and snapping the many scenes of love and excitement that flood through every wedding day. My goal is to tell your unique story and preserve the beautiful moments that unfold naturally.
I'm truly obsessed with light and its ability to shape the mood and atmosphere of a photograph. From the soft, ethereal glow of sunset to the dramatic rays that pierce through a dull space, I carefully utilize light to capture the essence and emotions of each moment. Whether it's the dappled light dancing through the leaves or the gentle shadows that add depth, I aim to create photographs that evoke a sense of magic and beauty.
Above all, my greatest inspiration stems from people and the beautiful connections they share. I believe that each couple has their own unique love language, whether it's expressed through hand-holding, nose kisses, or playful cuddles. My clients appreciate the comfortable and trusting environment I create, enabling them to be themselves while I gently guide and capture their love in its most natural form.
When I’m not photographing weddings, you can find me sailing around the world on my small sailboat with my partner, Saxon. Five years ago, we bought our dreamboat on Vancouver Island, Canada, and since then, we’ve navigated the waters of Canada, explored the US coastline, sailed throughout Mexico, and embarked on an unforgettable voyage across the South Pacific before returning home to Australia. Throughout this incredible journey, I've maintained my passion for photography by flying home annually to capture peak wedding seasons and fund my dream lifestyle. After countless flights and months spent at sea, I've recently embraced life on land in Brisbane, wholeheartedly focusing on my photography career (though I still call a boat home!).
Our sailing adventures have not only fueled my love for exploration but also enriched my artistic vision. Experiencing different cultures and landscapes has given me a unique perspective that I bring to my work, allowing me to capture your love story with a global perspective and a touch of wanderlust

I am based in Brisbane and travel anywhere from Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay for no additional travel costs. I have family near Bundaberg whom I love to visit as often as possible, so I also service the wide bay region.
